October 5th was my bridal shower at Oriental Plaza in Staten Island, NY. If you ever get the chance to eat there, do it! The food is phenomenal. The owner of the restaurant is a family friend of Tom's and they've been going to his restaurants for about 18 years. The staff was so helpful, kind and on-the-ball. I highly recommend their house special rice... it's my favorite! The theme colors were chocolate brown and cotton candy pink. Yummy right? There were over 80 family and friends there and they were so generous and loving! I had the must amazing time. As a gift from a close friend, we actually had professional photographers, STAK Images. They were so awesome and their pictures were breathtaking!
