4 out of 4 Teachers Agree!

Soooo... I figured an update was needed.

Tom is doing better. We went to the post-op appointment on August 30th. Dave came in to drive us. Everything seems to be healing correctly. He still is walking funny but he is allowed to drive and all that fun stuff. He still cant sit or stand for too long. Taking Dr. Ray's advice we spent a little time in Aunt Sandra's and Uncle Billy's pool on Monday. It seemed to help a bit. We go back on the 20th of this month.

School wise, he has gotten the okay from all of his professors to do "distance learning" for the next few weeks until he gets the okay from Dr. Ray to return to work and attend classes. The fourth teacher got in touch with him today. He has all his books and he is ready to go!

I've basically moved in to his bedroom. TeeHee! Since his Sunday I've slept here basically every night. We worked on re-decorating his room - pictures to come once its basically complete (we are waiting on 2 deliveries.)

We put a new filing cabinet and desk chair together. Moved the desk to a new location. Dusted off the Okemo poster to return it to the wall. Found a decorative way to display all his caps. Got a lil creative with the signs we got in Lancaster, PA. Even found a place to display his grandfather's WWII knife. All in all, the room screams "THOMAS" now.

I've also been able to get a lot of research and organization done for my current project. I have basically all my books and stuff here, so that I can work with ease.
